Knowledge is power and can help to grow your real estate business! For over 20 years the REALTOR® School has educated real estate professionals with quality continuing education, professional development and industry designations.

Classroom Education

Quality traditional education programs taught by highly regarded and experience professional educators. Content is designed with interactive discussion on relevant topics for today’s real estate professional

Online Education

Distant learning is available for those who enjoy taking continuing education at anytime, anywhere. Content is designed by professional educators in the real estate industry. Instructor is assigned to provide you assistance with questions or comments throughout the program

Professional Development

Designations and certifications acknowledge experience and expertise in various real estate sectors. In partnership with the Center for REALTOR® Development a wide variety of programs and services are available. Some courses count toward continuing education in South Carolina

REALTOR® School Policy and Procedures 

Classes are open to anyone 18 years of age or older, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, family status or handicap.  To comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the school two weeks prior to class, so that reasonable accommodations may be made.

Mandatory Attendance:
Registering for the class requires you to attend the entire course hours listed above (Credit Hours).  If for any reason you are unable to attend the entire class, you will not receive credit.

In the event a class must be cancelled by the school, students will receive a full refund.  Classes may be cancelled if a minimus of 10 students do not register, or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.  In the event you wish to cancel this agreement and receive a refund, cancellation must be in writing and submitted to the school 2 business days prior to class.  No refund will be given after that time, however the tuition may be transferred to a future class.  No refunds or transfers will be granted once a class has begun.
There is a $25 fee for any returned check.

The Hilton Head Area Association Of REALTOR® provides its members with opportunities for training, education, and professional development that extend far beyond the basic requirements established by state regulators. The state-of-the are REALTOR®  School offers a variety of continuing education options for new and veteran real estate professionals alike.

The REALTOR® School offers a variety of designation and certification courses throughout the year to help Lowcountry real estate professionals increase their skills, proficiency, and knowledge. The Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS®  also provides essential programs and services for REALTORS® , including government affairs, continuing education, market statistics and many other benefits. Additionally, HHAOR provides resources for consumers related to the real estate industry and the process of buying and selling a home.
