ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative

Develop Loyal Buyer Relationships and Build a Successful Buyer Representation Business

** Statistics show that agents holding the ABR® designation have consistently earned twice as much as agents with no designations**

 Course Goals:                                                                                                                 

  • Prepare real estate professionals to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions
  • Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer representation business
  • Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session

Designation Requirements:

  • Successful completion of the two-day ABR® and an 80 percent passing grade on the exam.  You then have three years in which to complete the
    additional ABR® designation requirements.
  • Successful completion of one of the ABR® elective courses, including an 80 percent passing grade exam.  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­
  • Documentation verifying five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative (no dual agency).
  • For a detailed description of ABR® and requirements and benefits that will build and strengthen your business.
