What is an Association?
An Association of REALTORS® is a group of agents and brokers and businesses with an interest in the real estate industry working cooperatively and harmoniously to achieve goals beneficial to all members and homeowership. 

What are my membership obligations?
To observe and conduct your business in accordance with the Bylaws of this Association, the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS® and the real estate license laws of South Carolina. 

To pay your dues promptly. 

To be steadfast in upholding the creed of the REALTORS®, which is the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

What and where is my "NRDS" number?
Your NRDS number is your membership identification through the National REALTOR® Data System. It can be found on your REALTOR® ID you received when you joined.

Getting started on your Association websites. - to begin, you must create an account.  Please use your NRDS number as your user name - no registration required. Use your last name and NRDS number - to begin, you must register.  Complete the form including; areas of specialties, area of interest emails, foreign language, etc

Where do I take the online new member Code of Ethics training?
New member Code of Ethics training must be completed within 6 months of joining.  The online class is located on CLICK HERE

What is the Rookie Toolkit?
The Rookie Toolkit will help you get started in your business by providing you a start to your business plan outlining what you should do for the first nine months in the business.

Where do I sign up for classes and events?
You can manage your membership, sign up for events, search for other Realtors and affiliates on our membership portal

What gated communities provide access for REALTORS®?
All gated communities provide access for our members with the exception of Hilton Head Plantation and Sun City.   Hilton Head Plantation requires you to go to the POA and purchase a REALTOR® pass for $25 even if you are a resident.   Sun City requires all nonresident REALTORS® to purchase a pass for $50 per year, or $10 per visit.
