HHAR is committed to protecting private property rights, property investment and homeownership. As the second largest trade association in Beaufort and Jasper Counties, HHAR leverages its long-standing credibility to develop and maintain important relationships with elected officials. Our dedicated government affairs team monitors local ordinances and legislative actions that could impact home buyers and sellers and also have an effect on our profession and our quality of life.

We work closely with government affairs leaders at South Carolina Realtors® and with the National Association of Realtors®, providing a strong voice on issues that matter to our members.
