Real estate is constantly changing, and Realtors® must be equipped with the knowledge and insights they need to help their clients successfully navigate the buying and selling process. HHAR Realtor® School has provided quality continuing education, professional development, and industry designations to our members for more than 20 years.

Now, the HHAR School offers multiple ways for our members to get the education they need! Join us for in-person classes at our HHAR headquarters. Or, take advantage of on-demand classes that you can complete at your own pace. If you prefer live-streaming classes in the comfort of your home or office, you can participate in instructor-led, interactive classes that are engaging and help you meet your CE requirements. Live-Stream

HHAR has partnered with Lancaster Institute to offer virtual real-time live-streaming CE classes with an instructor. Experience real-time, interactive courses that replicate the in-person classroom environment—all from the comfort of your home or office.

Admission:
Classes are open to anyone 18 years of age or older, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, family status or handicap.  To comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the school two weeks prior to class, so that reasonable accommodations may be made.

Mandatory Attendance:
Registering for the class requires you to attend the entire course hours listed above (Credit Hours).  If for any reason you are unable to attend the entire class, you will not receive credit.

Refund/Cancellation:
In the event a class must be cancelled by the school, students will receive a full refund.  Classes may be cancelled if a minimus of 10 students do not register, or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.  In the event you wish to cancel this agreement and receive a refund, cancellation must be in writing and submitted to the school 2 business days prior to class.  No refund will be given after that time, however the tuition may be transferred to a future class.  No refunds or transfers will be granted once a class has begun.
There is a $25 fee for any returned check.
