Live-Stream Classes
HHAR REALTOR® School is excited to offer a new continuing education option in partnership with the Lancaster Institute! Experience real-time, interactive courses that bring the classroom to you—whether at home or in the office.

To enroll, register through HHAR. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the Lancaster Institute will provide login details and a Zoom link 24-48 hours before the course. By registering through HHAR, you’re supporting your association’s efforts to provide valuable services and benefits.
Requirements for Live-Stream Classes
A computer or tablet with a camera is required, and it must remain on for CE credit. Per LLR and ARELLO rules, you must be stationary with your full face visible on camera to receive credit (no driving, exercising, etc.). You need a free Zoom account, and your screen name must display your full first and last name. Log in on time and attend the entire class to earn credit.
About the Instructor
Brent Lancaster combines his love of the business of real estate with his passion for education. As president/CEO of one of the nation’s oldest real estate schools, he offers a variety of solutions to the challenges agents face in today’s real estate environment.
In 2003, Brent developed his first online course and has spent every year since searching for innovative ways to bring quality and consistency to every agent using multiple delivery formats. Today, he continues to teach classroom instruction but has transformed the traditional brick and mortar classroom into a multimedia educational experience called On-Live™.
He is also the broker/owner of his own real estate firm, Brent Lancaster & Associates.
