Realtors® Helping Realtors®
From experience, you know life can bring challenges often by things out of your control. Sometimes just a little help can make a big difference.
We have seen some of our members faced with unforeseen circumstances; house fires, medical bills, or health issues. It is time to support each other. The REALTORS® Helping REALTORS® Fund has been established through the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. REALTOR® members are able to apply for a grant up to $500 to assist them during difficult times.
Eligibility and Qualifications
The recipient must be a REALTOR® member in good standing. The recipient must be a member of Hilton Head Area REALTORS® for twenty-four contiguous months.
Requirements and Application
The recipient must provide a specific need for assistance and documentation to support the need. The application must be filled out completely. The recipient must have the signature of their Broker-in-charge.
Information is confidential and will be reviewed only by the Application Review Committee. The Applicant will be contacted by the Application Review Committee of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry.
Application Review Committee
The Application Review Committee is appointed by the REALTORS® Helping REALTORS® Committee and is comprised of local business persons outside of the real estate community and approved by the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry.

Stock Gifts – If you would like to make a gift of stock to the REALTORS® Helping REALTORS® Fund contact the Community Foundation at 843.681.9100 and they will assist you with transfer instructions.Contributions are tax-deductible.
