Transition to Form 310 Changed
to Sept. 15

On Tuesday, July 11, the South Carolina REALTORS® adopted an amendment to Section 6 and Section 22 of form 310 which addresses the transaction costs. assessments, and special assessments that have impacted the coastal communities. Because of this change, HHAR Board of Directors approved to delay the sunsetting of the HHAR contract until Friday, September 15 to allow this amendment to be part of the transition to the state contract. SCR will shortly announce virtual/recorded training on these sections.
