APPLICATION CRITERIA: All nominees must be a REALTOR® member in good standing and held membership for 36 consecutive months immediately prior to their nomination and selection. Nominee must be full time active licensed sales licensee or Broker-in-charge having participated in a rolling average of five (5) transactions per year over a three-year period, or noncompeting Broker-in-charge or Team Leader supervising or overseeing a minimum of five (5) licensees
