What do I need to take to renew my real estate license?

Licensees

Licensees must complete 10 hours of continuing education every two year, consisting of:

  • 4 hours required CORE course
  • 6 elective hours

Brokers-in-Charge

Brokers-in-charge must complete 10 hours of continuing education every two years, consisting of:

  • 4 hours required CORE course
  • 4 hours required broker-in-charge course
  • 2 elective hours

Your hours and history of courses are available to you through CE Broker. Set up a free account and you can view what courses you have taken and how many hours you need for the cycle.
